At Construction Career Collaborative (C3), we are committed to fostering inclusivity and reducing barriers to entry into the construction industry. One significant challenge many new craft workers face is obtaining the tools necessary for their jobs. To address this issue, C3 is excited to announce our upcoming Tool Supply Drive.
What is the Tool Supply Drive?
We aim to collect a minimum of 250 new or gently used tools and a minimum of $10,000 in monetary donations to equip new craft workers with what they need on their first day of work. Additionally, we welcome monetary donations, which will be used to purchase tools not donated directly. With an initial investment of $8,000, C3 is dedicated to ensuring every new worker has the tools essential for their success.
Criteria for Receiving Tools
In August, C3 will communicate specific criteria to companies, training partners, and union halls. This ensures that tools are distributed effectively to new apprentices and employees who will benefit most from this support.

- Donate Tools: Your donation of new or gently used tools can make a significant impact on someone’s career journey.
