C3’s New Workforce Ally Program

Have you ever wanted to be more involved in our mission but didn’t fit in our Accredited Employer designation?  Well, now is your chance. C3 is excited to introduce our Workforce Ally participation level.

Designed specifically for companies adjacent to the building process, the Workforce Ally program offers unique benefits that set these companies apart. For an annual fee of $1000, Ally companies gain access to a network of other C3 participants, our subcontractor directory, early event registration, and the opportunity to promote the attractiveness of craft professions as a career choice.

Craft professionals are the backbone of the construction industry and are responsible for building the structures of our future. Without them, our tools would be unused, our materials untouched, our services unnecessary, and our courses unattended. They are at the heart of everything we do in construction.

Over a decade ago, C3 embarked on a journey to transform the workforce, making it safer, more skilled, and more sustainable.  It was a challenging task to lay the foundation with our contracting community, but they have embraced it with ethical pay practices, robust training programs, and a safety-first mindset for every employee. This is a testament to the positive impact we can have when we work together. Along this path, many of you have supported our mission at events and fundraisers and have asked to play a more significant role in fulfilling the C3 mission and joining the workforce movement.  Now is your time.  We thank you for patiently waiting for us to establish this program that allows you to fully align with our mission more clearly and positively.

Your participation fee does so much more than align you with our mission. It allows craft professionals to take OSHA 10 or 30 for free, learn to be mentors on the job, and provide hands-on experiences to potential candidates. Your contribution allows us to create new ways for you to engage with tomorrow’s workforce. It also shows your contracting peers your commitment to standing beside them as they change the face of work in Houston and, maybe someday, Texas.  We invite you to join the Workforce Ally program today.
