Who We Are at C3
C3 is made up of project owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, and other groups committed to advancing the craft worker talent pipeline in the construction industry.
We work closely with owners to influence the development of the workforce. Without the commitment of owners, workforce standards become optional for construction companies. When owners demand high-quality work from contractors, the industry flourishes.
We offer multiple options for stakeholders to enroll their company in our program. Companies that have enrolled in the program create positive benefits for the construction industry:
- Advance the financial security, health, and well-being of the construction craft workforce.
