C3 consists of multiple committees that enable our organization to continue to grow. Each committee plays a critical role in connecting with stakeholders, creating awareness about our organization, and supporting the mission of building a sustainable craft workforce.

C3 Golf Committee
- About this Committee: sets up, recruits, markets, and organizes our annual C3 golf fundraiser.
- Schedule: meets monthly (or as needed) February – October.

Talent Management Committee
- About this Committee: develops C3’s Craft Training Endorsement Program, plans the annual Workforce Development Program, and provides oversight into our workforce and talent management program.
- Schedule: meets bi-monthly on third Wednesdays (8-9 a.m. CST).

Industry Outreach Committee
- About this Committee: reaches out to the workforce pool of students in local communities and updates educational resources on the C3 website.

- About this Committee: responsible for seasonal event planning of our largest educational outreach event in Houston, #SHEbuildsHouston.

Safety Committee
- About this Committee: works on safety initiatives, manages C3 Safety Refresh Training Modules delivered on C3 job sites, and other responsibilities.
- Schedule: meets bi-monthly on third Tuesdays (2-3:30 p.m. CST).

Development Committee
- About this Committee: assists in funding the C3 mission by engaging companies to secure sponsorships, plan and execute non-golf fundraisers, and apply for grants.
