How C3 Can Help

Many construction firms require new craft workers to arrive with tools on day one. This can be challenging for people who have not had a steady income. C3 can help by providing tool kits to craft workers when they receive a job offer from a C3 Accredited Employer.

How to Participate

Craft Workers

  1. Look for open positions at companies listed on our Accredited Employer page.
  2. Apply for open positions through the company offering the job.
  3. Bring your job offer letter and a list of tools needed to C3.
  4. Receive your tools so you are ready for day one at work!
  5. Tell your friends about your new job and how they can get started on a new career path!

Donors

  1. Look through your tools to see what you no longer need.
  2. Bring new and gently used items to the C3 office on Fridays between 8am – 12pm.
  3. Consider making a financial donation to purchase items not donated.
  4. Join us on August 30th to prepare kits for new craft workers.
  5. Share this initiative to help us reach more donors and new craft workers!
