Accredited Employer
- Designed for contractors.
- Talent development consulting is free of charge.
- Includes OSHA certification, NCCER courses, and talent management courses at little-to-no cost.
- Company listed on C3 Web and in Specialty Contractor Directory.
- Access to all C3 events.
Certified Staffing Agency
We work with staffing agencies to create opportunities for your talent roster to step into construction jobs in the market.
- Simplify the process of placing talent into construction jobs.
- Ensure workers meet OSHA 10 and 30 safety training requirements.

- Annual Fee of $2500
- Annual Renewal
- All Craft Workers must be employed as W-2 employees
- Craft Workers require OSHA 10; Field Supervisors require OSHA 30

- 1% of your project contract
- All Craft Workers need a W2
- All Craft Workers must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Only Field Supervisors and up)
