Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, organize and coordinate construction with Schnabel’s field supervisor
- Prepare project budget and schedule
- Monitor project costs, and monthly revenue and profit estimates
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Inspect projects to monitor compliance with the plans and safety requirements
- Partner with our safety department to maintain compliance with company standards for safety and behavior health programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent degree and experience
- 2+ years of experience as project manager in construction related roles
- Experience with earth retention, deep foundations, underpinning, or heavy civil construction – Highly preferred
- Ability to travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
